Australia post has recently put up their shipping costs unless you are using their pre-paid satchels.

We choose to use compostable (and occasionally recycled) mailers for all our orders. The environment is important to us and therefore we won't be using the AusPost satchels currently available.

$10 Standard Flat rate shipping within Australia 2 - 5 days delivery time

$12 Express shipping within Australia

For International Shipping, please select 'click & collect' on checkout, and email us with your location. We will then calculate the appropriate shipping method for your order and invoice you separately.

We have decided to offer Mornington Peninsula wide delivery - with a $5 Donation to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation. A much underfunded cancer, that we unfortunately know too well.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTES

We offer a 7-day exchange OR a credit note valid 3 months from the date you purchased if:

The size you ordered doesn’t fit 

You received the incorrect style  or size

We do not accept returns for sale items or change of mind so please choose carefully.

Your return will be accepted provided the following occurs:

* Items must be returned within 7 days 

* Items must be returned with tags attached, and in their original packaging

* Returns will be not be processed for items that have been altered, worn or washed

Sale items discounted are final sale and cannot be returned

The return postage and/or associated shipping costs for an exchanged item will be at the cost of the purchaser.
Returns for exchange please include pre-addressed postbag with your returned item.
